Embrace harmony with the autumn equinox on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at Balance – an outdoor yoga retreat.  We will spend the day at Firefly Beach Resort in Huron Ohio from 8:30am -5:30pm.  Lora Roeser & I have put together a day of breath, movement and rejuvenation. Join us as we connect with nature and celebrate this moment of equilibrium between day and night. Enjoy guided yoga sessions, mindful meditation, local/organic meals, and Lake Erie views. Create a personalized tea blend to take home and enjoy through the autumn season. Reflect on intentions in a peaceful community setting. Conclude the day with a blend of Yin yoga and the soothing sounds of singing bowls. A lite breakfast and vegetarian lunch will be served made from organic or locally sourced foods, and snacks for the afternoon.  All events will take place outside, from the beach to the covered pavilion. For more information check out my newsletter or website

If you would like to extend your stay, cabins are available for rent for a two night minimum. Go to Firefly Beach Resort website to book your rooms. Cost of cabin stay is not included in the price of the retreat.
