Breathe your worries away at Beach yoga. Maria of Daily Downward Dog is back and Sarah has joined us in offering you yoga on the beach this year.  You can catch one of us at various beach locations Friday through Wednesday. See full schedule in the newsletter or on my website.

Howl at the July Full Moon with yoga & singing bowls on July 21st, 9:15pm at Sherod Park.

The Drum circle will move outside in July, weather permitting.  Bring a lawn chair as well as your drum on July 14 at It’s Your Journey.
